Mission Statement
Our
mission is to take the majority of the worry and responsibility from the
family by providing not only the services
mentioned, but by becoming a "second family" for your loved
one. At the same time, we want every individual to feel as independent
as possible. We will help with not only personal care, but we go many
steps further. Our group is small enough to help them maintain contact
with friends and family through writing letters, sending special cards
or even making phone calls.
Our location doesn't matter to some families, who are on the go and realize that their loved one will be pretty much on their own for the most part. We have families of residents who live as far away as Texas and some in Florida. These families feel so secure with the care we give here that the distance is not an issue. It is better to know that their family is receiving the best of care, in a small community and a small setting rather than the usual large institution where they are lost in a crowd
We are located just a block or two from several churches, the library, the post office and Rt. 17 and Rt.220.
